Aircraft Carrying Pete Hegseth Required to Land in UK Due to Crack in Windshield

A plane ferrying Pete Hegseth was compelled to make an unplanned landing in the United Kingdom on Wednesday due to a fissure was found in the jet's front window, according to an announcement which confirmed that Hegseth was safe.

"The aircraft touched down following established safety measures and all individuals on the flight, such as Defense Secretary Hegseth, is secure," a spokesperson commented in a online announcement.

Hegseth was returning from a quick journey to the city of Brussels at the time.

This event does not mark the first time that a American defense plane ferrying a senior official has encountered technical problems.

Months ago, a US Air Force plane carrying Marco Rubio to the city in Germany was forced to turn back to Washington DC after suffering a mechanical problem.
